Format –The event unfolds with a series of fascinating challenges set for the entire audience after they have been empowered with the necessary skills.  Depending on the format chosen guests learn to taste wine blind, with great success, and much to their amazement.  The mysteries of food and wine matching are unravelled before their eyes and they could be decanting and serving wine with flair after the hilarious ‘Uncorked’ challenge.
